Shipping

We will ship the items within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. The items will be shipped out from Hong Kong by FedEx, or Hong Kong Post for international orders. Shipment usually takes 2-6 business days to arrive depending on the shipping location (Asia/Asia Pacific: 2-4 days, Europe: 4-6 days, Canada/North America: 3-5 days). Buyers are responsible for the import duties, custom tax, or other charges if there is any. Shipping insurance is not included in the offer, please contact us for the quote and options. For local orders, shipment will be handled by Hong Kong Post or SF Express. Tracking information will be provided after the shipment is dispatched.

Battery products cannot be shipped alone internationally due to IATA’s regulation. Batteries can only be shipped with an equipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for Cameras & Lenses are HK$500 (International) and HK$90 (Local Delivery). Shipping rates for Camera Accessories are HK$250 (International) and HK$38 (Local Delivery).

Payment Methods

Payment can be settled by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB Cards and Apple Pay. You can also choose to pay by PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer or Cash on Pick up. Orders may be cancelled automatically if payment has not been settled. Back orders are possible and it is advised to contact us in advance.

Our website is secured under the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) environment to ensure safety for your shopping experience. An SSL certificate is a digital certificate that authenticates a website’s identity and then encrypts and protects your information sent to the website. A padlock symbol and the “https” prefix in front of the URL address in your web browser show that you are secured with the SSL technology.

Our site is also tested on a daily basis with the McAfee Security Scan to acquire the McAfee Secure certification.

 

Return Policy for Faulty Goods

We offers a 14 days replacement policy if the item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturers. All items returned must be in NEW condition and with all the original intact packaging and papers. Replacement items will be delivered or refund will be made after the return shipment is received and defect is confirmed. We will take care of the return shipping cost if the item is found defective. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

3. We will send you a Return Shipping Label and you can call the courier to come pick up the package

Warranty & Manufacturer

All items sold by RANGEFINDER are direct import unless specified otherwise. We will provide warranty through manufacturer, or warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer’s warranty for such items, with the exception of the time period, which is equal to the term of the manufacturer’s warranty or one (1) year, depending on the manufacturer.  You may contact us if your item requires repair service.

Used equipment is covered under a 14-day parts and labor warranty.

Our liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

We reserve the right at all times to vary, change, alter, amend, add to or remove any of these terms. Please ensure that you review these terms each time you use the websites as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the website after the variation has been posted.
